Certified in Supply Management or CSM is a designation from the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) that certifies individuals with strong backgrounds in finance, supplier relationship management, organization global strategy and risk compliance without requiring a bachelor’s degree.
Individuals interested in the CSM certification need only have an associate’s degree and three years of experience in the field or at least five years of experience without a degree. It serves to validate experienced professionals in the field of supply management through a bridge exam covering the same materials as the CPSM examinations.
